Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Whip eggs with liquid, chives, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Make sure all the white is fully incorporated.

  • Step 3

    Melt butter over high heat in a 10" nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.

    Heat until bubbly.

  • Step 5
